Abol (አቦል), Toona (ቶና), and Bereka (በረካ)
Ethiopians make and drink coffee in three consecutive stages and each stage has a name too. The first one is called Abol (አቦል), and it is followed by Toona (ቶና), & Bereka (በረካ) respectively.
The traditional Ethiopian coffee ceremony is a special cultural ritual that brings people together around the coffee table. A ceremonial coffee set features a jebena (a clay pot for brewing coffee), a mukecha (a tool for grinding beans), and ceni a brightly colored cups. Offering a coffee ceremony set can allow coffee lovers to enjoy the full coffee experience and immerse themselves in Ethiopian coffee culture.
