Accessibility

At Aenku, we believe that understanding your body and finding the perfect coffee should be easy for everyone, no matter how you use the internet. We want our website and AI tools to be friendly and usable for people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, voice commands, or other special tools.

1. OUR GOAL: NO BARRIERS

We are constantly working to make Aenku.com and our Wellness Engine better. Our goal is to make sure that:
•Our AI Stories are Clear: The custom wellness stories our AI writes for you should be easy to read and understand.
•Our Charts make Sense: We use charts to show your “Caffeine Curve” and “Wellness Scores.” We are working to make sure these charts are explained in words, too, so everyone can get the same insights.
•Our Website is Easy to Navigate: You should be able to find the quiz, your dashboard, and your favorite coffees without getting lost.

2. HOW WE HELP THE ROBOTS HELP YOU

Because we use a lot of AI (Artificial Intelligence), we have special jobs we do to keep things accessible:
•AI Explainers: Our “Explainability Engine” doesn’t just give you a score; it explains why in plain English.
•Picture Descriptions: We try to make sure every image on our site has “Alt-Text” (hidden descriptions) so screen readers can tell you what’s in the picture.
•Simple Buttons: We keep our buttons big and easy to click or tap.

3. IF YOU GET STUCK, WE’RE HERE!

Sometimes technology isn’t perfect. If you’re having a hard time using any part of Aenku, please tell us! We want to fix it.
How to get help:
•Email us:
•What to tell us:
1.What was the problem? (Example: “I couldn’t click the ‘Next’ button on the quiz.”)
2.Where did it happen? (Example: “On the coffee quiz page.”)
3.What are you using? (Example: “An iPhone using Safari.”)
We take your feedback very seriously. Every time you tell us about a problem, it helps us make Aenku better for everyone else, too.

4. A NOTE ON OUR FRIENDS (THIRD PARTIES)

We sometimes link to other websites or use tools from other companies (like payment processors). While we can’t control how they build their websites, we always try to pick partners who care about accessibility as much as we do.
